You showed a M5 chart. Indicator recalculates like TMA. Really should be used on higher time frames as the OP is showing. Not necessary to use f bombs.

If you select autotrade=true, it will select for you. Also, you can setup sessions for LO and NYO. The time you enter is based on local time..FYI
