You would have MULTIPLY those numbers. So 0.02*0.02 = 0.0004 (=0.04%) What I dont quite understand yet: In order to have two consecutive TZ they MUST be mid-bar TZs, otherwise the 2nd bar would invalidate the first TZ and therefore it wouldnt be 2 ...

I do understand that this is what the GS statement implied. However I dont trust their words much and "buy when everyone is selling" sounds more reasonable to me right now, since everybody and their grandmother is trying to short the EURUSD.
