Same as 3LB method there are 2LB, 4LB, 5LB ,...methods. the difference between them is in the criteria for validating reverse block. In 3LB method, the first reverse block is constructed when a candle closes before previous 3 blocks.

In a candlestick chart, if we validate some candles and invalidate some others, a new candle based chart is generated which is called 3LB chart. The validation criteria will be explained later.

Frankly speaking, there is no need to such indicator. If you underestand the philosephy of 3LB charting system and try drawing them using Excel (for learning purposes), then you would distingush 3LB Blocks*, looking to normal candlestick charts ...

This method is designed based on 3LB charting system. 3LB stands for "3 Line Break" which first was introduced by Steve Nison in his famous book, "Beyond Candlesticks".
