The market doesn't act, people act. The market does what people tell it to do. They may be irrational but that is the way it is. If you make money off it, it doesn't seem irrational at all.

US companies are flush with cash but it is about corporate profits, not QE. US companies are doing great. Us people are still behind the curve. US govt is stone cold broke and then some.
