They have market maker accounts too. Maybe your friends were on one of those using SNW or something that market makers hate. Try SNW on ECN. Just for a laugh. I know it doesn't work on ECN

They might call you to verify withdrawal requests if a large amount or something. If you are just trading as normal, they shouldn't need to call you.
