What TOS is really good for is options, futures ok but commissions a little high, for Fx they stink, horrible spreads. Huge amount of free indicators, plus they allow you to overlay indicators in same window.

Personally I don't like trading gold too jumpy for my tastes. I like small stops so too easy for me to get taken out of trades. That said I would give 10 tick charts a try to smooth things out.
