I agree with belikewater, I dont think there is any difference in buying or selling behaviour in forex, since buying and selling are effectively the same thing.

If you cant see the trigger on a 4hr I wouldnt drop down to the 1 hr for a trigger. Everytime you drop down a TF the trigger becomes less and less reliable.
