I have made some changes to the calculations and have just done a similar comparison to you and here are the results with the same settings and the MT4 1 min data exported and used in Strategy Optimizer. You can download the update here.

No. $100 is too small. The minimum trade is .01 lots. 2% equity for trade value will only buy .002 lots. If you used a minimum of 10% it would trade but I wouldn't recommend 10% of equity being risked.

The trades may be different because of the data feed. As a verification, you could export your MT4 1 minute data and use that data with a GMT offset of 0. The MT4 exported data is compatible.

If you are using a GMT offset of -5 such as OANDA Data, try +19 in the interim until I can make an adjustment.
