I can confirm JStan's observation that not all Add-To's that are Alerted have trades taken with the broker. Look at the last "Add Pull Back Sell NZDUSD" in the following screenshot image No trade taken with broker: image

It could be because your max open trades is still set to 28, set it to at least 100 if you want all Add-tos to activate. Update: I can confirm that not all Add-ons trades are been taken see my post #3919 below.

If your talking about the Add-to trades, they are not designed for recovery, but rather to enhance profits. In v9 of Basket_Trader they will only add-to trades when there is a pull back and the trade stays in profit.
