Even if it is one side of story, They should come out and clear it. Who gets hurt more not trader but firm. If it was 6 digit payout it would be alarming but this is fixable.

Spread and slippages are like wild card used by prop firms. For example both E8 and TFT uses same broker but slippage is like hell different when you put lot size 10. E8 is giving slippages even on challenges
