There is a cluster of stops there and if indeed it's a bull market those stops will be taken out before price moves up, except may be you are considering a scalp buy. My humble opinion.

If not that we're close to a hard support, I would wait for a break to sell. The m15 system makes it quite easy to get into an already established trend.

The high volume and hammer suggests there was a lot of buying pressure there. Maybe 1.1600 may require some greater force to break.

Please a quick question, looking at EU 4hr chart, price seems to have touched the lower blue band, and most times it may do a little fake out and go up. Is it correct to say one can buy EU now based on that?

Exactly, the stops will most likely be taken. My reason for waiting: Carney has a speech now. If he says more rate hikes will be, GU will fly for a bit and drag EU with it. Then I may have my entry. Just a thought in my head.
