Well my rule for the day on the ADX just cost about 20 ticks. So maybe that rules is better suited to a choppy day?

1 more small win. Could be last trade of the day for me. We have my wifes sister and husband coming for 2 weeks from Denmark. So some errands to run.

PA better today 4 trades 3 wins and 1 loss total +59 ticks. Today I am only taking trades where ADX either is crossing above 25 or bouncing directly off of 25 line. PA now is consolidating.. Also just noticed I'm trading MES not ES costly oversight.

Ok thats it I'm done, 2 more small wins +60 ticks for the days. This kind of trading not my favorite.

Plenty of fast action, but my hopes for some steady PA went up in smoke. PA turned into a hot mess again. 6 trades 4 winx 2 losses netted me 20 Ticks. I'm going to watch for a while but I might be down. It's been grind, grind, grind last few days.

Days like today you need to be merciles in getting out of trades if they don't go you way. Your are taking small wins you can't afford to take larger losses. On trending days you have some leeway on sideways days you don't.
