I personally have two different feeds that I pay for and they are close to one another in price, usually 2 pips. The difference is in the spread usually.

trade your bordem trades in your demo account and your set ups in your live account. this way you still get the practice and only risk on your high return trades. boredom can cause the finger to be heavy on the trigger.
