Once a fib is broken on all three levels, does it still have any importance? Here the blue fib has been broken, as price continues to go up. should this old fib be deleted?

i was short off the break of 1hr lows, but it made highs again and stopped me out, even when i added the 5 pip spread to my stop...wtf?..i then took it short again on the break of 4h lows, and up around 35 pips...lets see what monday brings

hey shermen, is it ok to mix s/r levels and stops and targets on different time frames?..for eample if i take EU long off a weekly chat, but use a daily chart for targets and stops?...the reason i ask is because i dont want to be in EU for a long ...
