Only time I noticed this happened was when I was using THV4 Trix v1, whenever the chart screen changed color to green or red, the pivot lines will be gone, then you simply have to turn that color change off in the indicator to avoid that.

Yup, those are the only two files you need for the pivots, however, you'll need to removed the older indicator off you chart and then put these two newer ones onto your chart.
