it isn't happening. not for months. with moodys reaffirming spain's credit rating there is no need to. Bailouts only come at the last second or they wouldn't be called bailouts they would be called financing

Manipulation is a pretty loaded word. The euro is up because of hope that something will happen tomorrow at the EU summit. It is also up because of the general risk on sentiment due to spain and also earnings. I have seen this type of market before ...
