For Hedge Strategy 2, is that the same as putting a sell stop and buy stop above and below the middle line, 10tp and 20sl ? . Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, I like strategy 2, as well. I don't see anything special in strategy 1....unless you want to to do a partial or full martingale.
