mt4 uses mql4 while mt5 uses mql5. MQL4 is pretty different from MQL5,they do have some similarities but I dont think one can convert it quickly. You will have to recode the indicator in mql5.

You can use the soft4fx simulator for MT4 to use Dukascopy data without having to do the conversion..I believe it's 99 dollars a month(I use a pirated copy I found on some Telegram channel)
