The H1 and 30 min charts can be very choppy though, be careful and use a filter with MACD That should help sift out the right trade

Yes the H4 is much more choppy , you will need more patience with that one I prefer daily timeframe Although on backtests with no SL H4 also makes good returns

Once the price closes below the TMA Band with a yellow dot I enter on next candle and then whenever the dot appears I keep adding positions but on the next candle image

If using the Daily , I would say place a SL about 50 - 80 pips above/below the TMA Bands Personally I keep my SL in my mind and just watch the market flows
