I may be wrong here so do check but according to the website (Be careful as the Maximum Daily Loss resets at midnight CE(S)T!) ......... The daily loss reset is at Midnight CE(ST).... Central European Summer Time which for me in Australia is 8am ...

Retail are not connected into any anything other than a trade simulator and certainly not playing with the big boys. If a broker can manipulate price/candle using MT4 plugin then they are not connected outside the loop. Food for thought.
