if you look at the char example. a real high is made when the price pulls back at least 61.8 fib from down trend. i named it real high because if it doesnt pullback at leat 61.8 fib I dont consider it a high.

Yes you are right you can use for different timeframes, but dont forget even the daily arrow repaints. So be cautious. But the 4hr might give you early entry to long term (daily) entry.
