I poked around to see if there was any info on Tradingview with regards to you question I didn't find anything.

First part is correct about time I trade. But it probably works out to 4 days trading sometimes 5ince I'm trading just ES or NES I trade mostly 2 contracts on ES and 5 on MES. My time zone is MST same as Phoenix AZ.
