Acquiring a proper account while poor, is never that easy. Yep rarely works, but if you don't try then it's definately not going to work.

The issue is, even 150% per year isn't really worth anything to many of us, we are poor to start with, high risk gives us a chance of getting there, then backing off the risk as the account grows for sustainability.
