My Interbank Feed daily bar closes in about an hour and 22 minutes, so it's not over yet for the Cable bearish outside bar. If it becomes one or not, doesn't matter to me. I can just focus on the Euro.

Couldn't of said it better myself. This stuff works but it is no holy grail. I demo price action formations daily and am amazed at the results. A lot of times, these formations even work when markets are going sideways.
