Yes, I agree with that cutting IR is normally hurting the currency. However that is the case when the country does not have deflation threat with normal growing pace. Just curious if EURO can be categorized in this category. Only my thought though.

Normally cutting interest rate will hurt Euro. However this cutting is done to improve economy of EURO zone. So it might bring positive reaction too. So I am wondering What should be the right reaction of traders to this cutting. You guys believe ...
