Forexia replied Aug 11, 2015Ok the broker still has 5 lots that's not hedged. So that 5 lots, the broker is internalizing the risk, i.e. trading against the client? And for that 5 lots, they make profit when the retail client loses? OMG! They are NOT really risk-neutral then.
