There was another where i asked why he wouldnt just state exactly what his sytem was. His response was that if he did and "the hedge fund managers" got onto it the whole financial system would fail. Of cours I immediatly understood and thanked him ...

The presss conference is what is important, he will try to say nothing. Waiting for more data etc etc..Unemploymnet will be come more important than inflation

I agree and so does the market, so not sure why it would propel gold up. To my way of thinking it would need to be a surprisingly/extreme dovish statement to surprise. Rates wont be lowered , but I think the risk of a surprise is more to a hawkish ...
