There is a strong support on cable in the 1.58 - 1.59 zone also. If not a trend reversal there is a possibility for good upward correction. I would not to to sell euro under 1.25 and cable under 1.58.

One clear indicator though - FF traders GBP/USD short:long ratio is going over 60:40 - same situation like last summer - and the cable started to go up and up forever :-).
