eyevoltage replied Apr 10, 20135m UJ..... Another potential trade initiated by an MA acting as support, with a nice harami candle indicating a very likely move upwards. Entry as shown, with exit at R1, or perhaps further on, judging by the stronger candles.

eyevoltage replied Apr 10, 2013Hi biDc. I woudn't have taken this one, seeing as the MAs on my chart were of a "long" bias. However, I can see what you mean by the nice large harami candle!

eyevoltage replied Apr 10, 2013Good morning, snail. I'm pleased that you've put the pivot points back on, because they always were the essential basis of acumen's method. As you can see from my charts, I always use pivots and sometimes TL's, making up patterns like flags, ...

eyevoltage replied Apr 9, 2013I see your TL finally broke, snail. If it makes it up to R1, it could be worth around 20 pips or so.

eyevoltage replied Apr 9, 20135m EU...... A nice bullish engulfing candle formed across the midpoint level and MAs, shortly after the MAs had crossed. Pretty good set-up that led to around 10 pips of profit. Entry and exit as shown.
