In AUDUSD M15 there is a constrainment setup forming. Right now is the 4th constrainment/exhaustion bar. at 10EMA. -M15, H1 and daily 35/50 MA are all pointing to the right direction

I would have taken the trade as a H1 10EMA touch, I see nothing wrong with it. since 35/50 is steep I would have waited for a 35/50 touch entry as you suggest. I also see NO constrainment setup in your chart, there weren't any exhaustion bars....

The rule book is a guildline at best, since this strat is not mechanical you really need some competency in intepreting the market. To better identify good trades and understand the marker, playing with the simulator would be a good step.

Hi, I think this is not in the manual(correct me if I am wrong), A lot of us here have a rule that we don't enter 10EMA touch trades if the 35/50 MA does not have a steep angle and the lines are not parallel. And that is the case right now.

A nice EG constrainment setup is occuring now for H1 35 MA. Right now we are on the third exhaustion bar. -Daily 35/50 are pointing down and parallel.
