Yes, Parliamentary Elections is listed on the calendar (23 Sep). But this day is completely random for announcement of the winner?

Hello. The attached indicator plots vertical lines on each market open. If it's possible, could any capable of you modify it the way it will plot those lines for each day right away, not waiting for every market to open. Thanks in advance.
