not sure why but my EA isnt placing the trades. an IB to go long just formed but no pending order was placed. not sure what I'm doing wrong

a 5 minute inside bar that has a range of 12 pips? where? based on your maths, if such a scenario happened (3 losses in a row, losing 4% of account balance each time) is not being thrown to oblivion. $100 - 4% = $96. $96-4%........

really? I was under the impression my charts were GMT+1. I'm using GoMarkets. Either way, I'm looking at potential trades between the 7:00 and 20:00 on my MT4. So I should change post 1 to read start at 5am GMT and finish 6pm GMT?
