Ok, I'll try my best to explain my understanding of river theory, and how to apply it. Be warned tho, I have absolutely near zero understanding about economics, so what I write here only based on logic and could be a wrong perception of the river ...

I add to losing position sometime within predefined risk range, but I never enter full risk size on opening position. I guess I'm insane?

Here's a few chart to compare. It clearly shows, no matter what kind of methodology to draw S/R lines, they all can get lucky

Nice simple method M_MM. I assume its H+L/2 monthly price projection. I use similar method too. If you dont mind, would you tell me what percentile the price hit line 100 within next month price movement, based on your experience?

November Chart static levels on GBP/USD & GBP/JPY (don't forget, level significance = around that price). Last chart (GBP/USD) is for study purpose only. Black lines from yearly chart, Blue and Red from monthly chart.

I know your mindset of that short from dynamic price distribution chart, but I only use the dynamics as gauge, for current market sentiment. I only use static level for possible S/R.
