I have the same issue. It works fine on a demo account. On my live account, it does not work on the chart. I am not using an offline chart, I've watched all of the videos and like I said, it works on the demo account for the same broker.

Thanks for the info. Demo with ForexBrokerInc and TradersWay now. Other than the commissions with TradersWay, seems like a good one. Still deciding on FBI.
