No, you can't change it. It's practical to upload the picture with Jing and paste the URL than to save to computer, browse it, upload it, delete it and so on. And you can add comments and arrows and what not with Jing.

test OK, now I get it. FF resizes the image and compresses it. If you save it with lower resolution it doesn't get resized. But lower resolution means less information to the left.
