There are people that do that. One of them excludes any pairs with NZD and CHF. What you are asking is already there. In the indicator, there is a check mark beside every pairs. If you uncheck that, it will not be traded.

IMHO, unless I have a very deep pocket, I would rather stay close to pc monitor and watch my trades. I never feel comfortable leaving my trades open and not watch them. Call it emotional handicap, if you will.
