Based on the latest template in page 1, start time is 0710 GMT and end time 1630GMT. Adjust accordingly to your broker. If yours is GMT+1, then change to 0810 and 1730. Cheers!

they are scripts not experts, simply put both FRAT_PENDING_BUY_High and FRAT_PENDING_SELL_Low under Metatrader->experts->scripts. Drag it to the chart when you want to activate it. You can try anytime to see if its working.
