Hi Jansher21 See my post #541. There is now a new schedule of Talbot's webinars so you can take those. I like and use the approach of multiple small entries, adding on retracements using entry limit orders and taking partial profits as the trade ...

Thanks for your facts and considered reply, Andrew. A continual problem is jumping in when the MA's cross. It seems from my observations that VP encourages an entry when conditions are better suited to succeed and continue the trend. The MA's are ...

That would seem to be the ideal. But how can we establish all of the factors that might influence the VP data providers, and then how to match a particular one with a broker as brokers differ also? Even the bar configurations differ as can be seen ...

When I started, CSI advised me that the data would be ready by 6.15pm EST, and I make entry instants/stops/limits anywhere from about 6.45 to 8.45pm EST depending on time constraints. In my experience there is seldom much movement in those hours.

Hi cp I use CSI also and your Signal Generator is working very well -- only for the results to speak, now. My signals agree with yours. I've also got the equation right now, just in case.

[QUOTE=cp_trader] Thanks, cp. I've got it to work. One question: the signal boxes show the latest close of April 5, whereas you stressed NOT using the last day's data in the 9 day export. Can you clarify?

Yes, I should have noted Mod 4 for GBPJPY, compro99. I guess that historical volatility accounts for the different FIB areas of reversal interest between USDJPY and EURCHF unless there is another explanation, and that this could change.
