definatly! I have a major problem with entering a position just because an indicator tells me to. I'd much rather use my own judgement as the final call. For better or worse, I'd rather be the one flipping the switch on my account.

Here is my chart of EUR/AUD. It is crossing, but now that I check again, it has lost some steam and has retreated below the line. Anyway this chart shows the cross that was there. I think I will stay out of this one even if it does cross before the ...

Interesting results. Seems like you've got a nicely developing system. Wish you the best when you go live. I agree with a previous poster, you should have rushed to get this into the competition.

There definitely is something funny going on with MT4, or at least how the indicator is applying on the charts. MT4 is very new to me, I've only started to use it a month ago. I do not know much about EA's or the metatrader programming language, but ...

You may jump in any time, friend. I agree. I've had 2 trades, as far as I can remember, which went sideways for 2 days and then went in the direction indicated by the cross. I'm not concerned, that's what the stop loss is there for. However, I have ...

Which pair? Since you're using the EMA, my guess is that since the new day weighed more, it pulled it back over. I use the SMA and don't have that problem. I've had them cross under, and then cross back over right away on the next day, but that just ...

I'm long on it also, and also shorting AUD/USD. There was a bunch of crosses yesterday, on my charts- but i felt that these two were the best ones. Mainly because of the solid movement in the direction indicated.
