Me personally, I would check 1HR and 5MIN Timeframe to see if candle has closed above Kijun line and for more green/blue colors on both bottom ADX indicators and Ultra Dashboard

Could you explain what exactly happens when settlements occur particulary for the likes of Gold and SIlver please? E.g. Is there a sudden surge of activity (volatility) brought into the Gold and SIlver market?
