Because the historical chart is not enough to make much candle, you can download more in history center. It proved a good system to me by risk and return trade off.

I use m3 which 5pips Renko chart. Tokyo time normally less volatility and give false signal. Exit depends on how volatility market is. If it has big news and support for my trade I use 100 pips fixed take profit.if not, I use 50pips.

I know there is false signal, you should wait until another candle close completely above cloud. I trade from London open until 4 hours after us market open. I traded this system for 6 months and it gave me tons of pips.

turn it off and open again, make sure you turn on expert advisor, and allow import DLL and allow live trading on the common tab on M1 chart

I think because different broker will have a little change in historical chart.Or you use different size of renko. Did you take any trade 4X?
