There is some heavy manipulations going on in the gold market. But gold should actually profit of any rumble in the jungle in the markets.. I'm not going long Gold at the moment because there is a strong downward support line in the way..

I think the EUR/USD gab is likely to get closed soon. However, the risk/return ratio for a short term long position doesn't seem to be very attractive anymore. I'm waiting for a good SHORT setup. stay tuned. cheers
