LMAX PoP is using aggregation via PrimeXM. So they give you market access, but via an aggregator to keep the risk low.

No you are wrong. Both FXCM and Saxo have their own PoP. This has nothing to do with their regular retail biz. Both will give you credit access to the markets via different ECN platforms via pre-trade credit checks tech solutions.
