I am sure this will not affect the market so much, a cheap Euro means a boost in exporting, so up and down for many, many months from now on!

Is anybody here so kind to explaain WHY everytime when an obviously bad result for USD occur, in the first 2-3 minutes USD gain 20-30 pips, then its follow the normal and anticipate move? Thank you!!
