I stopped counting the reasons, and simply focus on what works and what doesnt on my hfm account, people will say no risk no reward and give you another 100 reasons but at the end of the day i dont think any of them will help increase the win ...

HFM or hotforex, is alright, i do have an account with them, spreads are really manageable, LMFX seems to have a slight edge in terms of spreads. but it can actually vary depending on the situation so yeah.

yeah i think the safest pairs to trade are the GBP USD and EUR. and they have the smallest spreads.
