Hi MB, What about the following 5 pairs instead: Long AUDUSD Short CHFJPY Long NZDUSD Long USDJPY Long USDCHF This leaves us about the same net positions as in your 6 pairs. I made a comparison of pure interest income between the two baskets. ...

Thanks MB. You might have taken profit on your GBPCHF 'add-to' by now. I agree with you about averaging down. Currencies never go to zero like ERON did. I use averaging down too, and use low leverage. Regards, Matsu

No. I read about these two pairs on another forum. I started demoing to check on the interest returns, but soon realised there were profit taking opportunities. In my opinion it would be a concern if USDJPY is near historical high. I would need to ...

Anyone carries just 2 pairs? — I have been demoing with just 2 pairs for two months now. The result looks good so far, but it has its risks, I presume much more than carrying 10 or more pairs. The chart shows the result so far. Pairs traded: ...

I have been demoing on 2 pairs. Except for the first TP where I got excited at the profit opportunity and closed both positions ( I started the demo purely as a carry trade experiment), for subsequent TP's I only closed the profitable pair, but ...

Hi Michael, May I know why would you have an uncle point for this system? Would you consider injecting more cash into the system when -30% DD is reached instead? Matsu

This is where Lichello's come into the picture. As an example, at every TP level, if there is at least 100 pips profit compared to the average price of open positions, then 25% of open positions would be closed for profit. Matsu
