you can do your entry with new rules, and if breakeven or SL = you can wait for a big candle out of the traffic. I mean, sometime it's dumb to enter on the exact open time if no momentum, better to wait fue minutes more for a real push. I understood ...

Good approach, don't forget (big) round numbers they are also important confluence points. I advice you to use bollinger bands (especial with ct pinbars).

Winston posted a CT pinbar strategy (double bottom/top) it seems to work perfectly and also avoid falling knife (too strong trend) like dhh just had.

Not enought momentum, see there are no acceleration, I prefered big candle strategy version because of that. If you decide to trade on open time, atleast be off S/R. In term of PA analyze one candle on one direction is not enought to make a good ...

the important rule is to be off near resistances for the entry. Watch Pivot points, 1M, 30M, S/R, BRN.

this trade was pretty close to the setup I use. The only difference is : I don't trade if the pinbar is too small compared to the previous candles, just my way to trade but I definitively most be more flexible on this rule

Just a question : Pinbar setups work approximatively the same on all pairs, or are there pairs to avoid or other to definitely trade with ? Same question for Timeframe, I wrote pibar works better on +H1 TF, like H4 or Daily. Thx ! Best regards, Wal
