TOS, do you mean Think or Swim? If its Think or Swim you're referring to, GFT is not a white label of TOS. Gain Capital (Forex.com) is a white label of TOS. I believe TOS and GFT shares the same web-base platform only.

Metaquotes has developed an iPhone/iPad apps for MT4 but it seems only a few select brokers carry the app. I know of a trader who uses GoMarkets MT4 iPhone app but they are the only broker I personally know of that carries the MT4 apps.

Sorry, I can't recommend anyone because you put 'MT4' and 'honest broker' in the same sentence. Theres no such thing as an 'honest MT4 broker'. Its like Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny, and Hue Jackman ... they don't exist.

Dealbook360 is unable to log transactions on to a website. MT4 runs an FTP server with enables traders to post their MT4 trades to an website. Dealbook doesn't have such setup. In fact, I believe MT4 is the only trading platform that does so.

You're requirements are pretty much on par with very Metatrader based broker. So it should be hard to find one. The most popular choice would probably be: Alpari, IBfx, Forex.com, FXCM, etc etc etc ...
