Very good trades Phx62. I wish I had the time to try out the H1 the way you trade. Me I can watch only H4 and play with stop orders and TPs on the hourly. This week I've had similar trades, some very identical. Though I've had quite a few minor ...

Hi Emmanuel, just wanted to add my thoughts. In addition to H4, if we look at the daily, this week's bullish move is at last weeks' major resistance. The whole chart looks like some kind of channel that just can't break that round number. The PL of ...

IMO, SL should be just an emergency SL (if your power runs out, laptop overheats etc). Move at BE if the trade goes your way by like 20 pips. After that it's a matter of preference. As for TP, open some of the pdfs of emmanuel's posts (paperclip ...

Ignore the stochastic if over 80 or under 20, in these areas it's useless.

Ignore Stoch >80 or <20. Mathematically it's useless for a trader since who knows how long it can stay there. After that move I'd expect some consolidation first, wait "a couple" of bars... Where's your TDI? APB? Your chart has nothing to do with ...

I guess he had put hard TP for 50 pips profit since he wasn't around to monitor. I'm guessing that's Phx62's trade - I believe he generally uses the same TP for a specific pair, since he's familiar with it's behaviour.

Hi Bizzzle, I just thought it would be useful to mention this particular move was caused by today's news. Someone might think momentum like this occurs very random, but actually it pays to look at the calendar, so you can expect something like this ...

It's not strictly connected with one currency. If EUR didn't move today despite the GBP move it doesn't matter it won't the next time. I'm no fundamentals expert but last week when bad news for EUR went out, the CHF went too (logical) but the GBP ...

As WDays already said, it's a news candle (GBP CPI). Always check the news. If you really do want to trade it (unrelated to TMS), put buy and sell stops before the news and watch the M5 chart. Exit when the momentum weakens.

Nah mate, I'm a beginner, and these results just come from two last weeks. Who knows what kind of results I'll have in the weeks to come... I appreciate the compliment though, but you should rather focus on posts of the likes of Emmanuel, Phx62. I'm ...

I execute trades with another broker using Java. I use MT4 just for monitoring and the sake of watching multiple broker feeds.

Last but not least. G/J sell +50 Manual entry based on correlation. TP set on .50 corresponding to the middle of previous consolidation zone. By the way - I could've entered according to my rules, but usually I prefer just to watch this pair since ...

A/J sell +120 NZ/J sell +130 Similar pattern at the entry as for previous two pairs. Setting TP a bit different, since these pairs seem to disrespect the ATR lines quite often. So I don't know how to really explain the logic between setting my TP on ...

U/J sell +110 CAD/J sell +120 Now before I start, to all novice traders and novice TMS traders - know that this entry has nothing to do with TMS. If I had more time during the day I'd try to follow Emmanuel's TMS-II. It's pointless that I try ...

Morning folks. Emmanuel I know what you mean, but unfortunately my day to day life doesn't allow me to check on trades very often (even for H4). Even though I'm nearly always near my computer I'm quite busy. When I pop in here it's just for quick ...

H4 sell stops (fine tuned on H1) triggered on JPY pairs - E, C, U, CAD, G, A and NZ. I entered E and C(hf) as bounce trades from the news. U, CAD, A and NZ were channel trades that turned into breakouts. I sold G as well since a breakout would move ...

I'm afraid that was just a news spike mate, that's a doji right now. Notice the pattern on higher TF. The resistance zone is right there, especially on weekly and monthly. On lower TF it may have some 100 pips to go up but the TDI on all TFs doesn't ...
