Hi Pres, You mentioned pres78 2BR couple of times. How is a pres78 2BR different from a regular 2BR ? If a 2BR shows up at an important zone, it will be a pres78 2BR ?

You're not talking to yourself. I think a lot about what you said,"...you need to change how you think and see the markets..."

Hi Pres, Excellent explanation ! It's posts like this that help me learn the most. Now I see where I missed in the big picture. I'll benefit a lot by digesting this. I'll make a PDF copy of it. Thanks again for your help and I really appreciate it.

Hi Pres, Understood that in trading nothing works 100% and probably the trade failed for no obvious reason at all. Just wanted to see if I missed anything that would have invalidated the trade. Futures price moves almost the same as the cash market ...

Hi Pres, Most of the times VZA works pretty well. However yesterday I had a loss trading VZA on CHF futures. In the below chart, the two green lines are boundaries of the 1 hour high volume zone from Aug 25th. After London open, it printed two pin ...

I didn't take the trade but it was a text book VZA trade in hindsight. The green line is the lower boundary of one hour high volume zone from Aug 17th. A dogi formed at the green line on volume equals (maybe higher than) the previous bar with a much ...

Hi Pres, Noticed that you've been trading M30 and higher. Do you still trade M5 and M10/M15 ?

Hi Pres, Your entry bar was a down bar into the zone of the highest volume from yesterday. If I had been watching this pair and followed your VZA method, I would have placed a stop order above the up bar after your entry bar, where I indicated with ...

Thank you a million Pres ! I'm learning something from each and every post of yours ! Attached is an one-hour chart of EUR. The blue line shows the low of the bar from yesterday with the highest volume. Your method really works !

I trade m5 and have on average 2 trades a day. It seems that you can get a lot of trades on m5 on 8 major pairs. However, if you stick to Gavin's rule of having trend alignment on at least three timeframes, you don't get a lot of trades. My problem ...

An earlier trade I took on JPY. See how much price went up after the TP was hit while I only achieved a R/R of 1:1. I missed the majority of the up move. If I had placed 2 contracts and left the 2nd contract to run by moving SL to break-even, a down ...

An EUR futures trade I just took in TWS paper trade account. I looked at both TWS futures chart and the EURUSD chart of MT4. One thing I'm struggling with is trying to find high R/R trades. Both Malcolm and Gavin claim that they set their RR target ...

Most of the traders that post here are not full time traders. They have their day jobs to take care of and they barely have time to trade, let alone to post trades real time, especially when most of them trade small time frames like m5, m3. There's ...

Since Malcolm no longer drops in, I have to ask others this question. Attached is a chart posted by Malcom back in 2011. It is a monthly chart for 6E, the euro future, from 2004 to 2011. Does anyone know how he got years of data on one chart for 6E ?

Thank you hiero for your feedback. Locationwise I like the third entry on your chart the best cause by then the m5 trend already reversed, while the first two entries were still in a down trend. Just have a question here, can a test bar be an up bar ...
